hopetown is chuffed about 1,215 visitors at Perrec Petry´s Drift Art show within the first 6 days. It´s the incredible combination of dead wood, no longer needed by nature and its new life as fascinating sculpture attracting the young and the young at hearts.

You are welcome to touch.
Perrec Petry´s trademark is that you are welcome to touch his art.
"I want people to get in contact with the sculptures and feel their energy that touches them, too. It´s magic because it makes you feel good", says Perrec Petry, who is responsible for this current Bahamian island of serenity in Vienna.

Special tours.
Perrec Petry, an artist well established in the US and Caribbean, has a particular concern to open his art to people with special needs.
Therefore guided tours for blind and handicapped are offered, besides the regular exhibition times, by appointment (office@hopetown.at).
Blind persons have the possibility to touch the sculptures and talk to the artist, who will be present.

Pupils of Dr. Adolf Lorenz Schule and members of ÖBSV already made use of this opportunity. They had a very exciting and informative meet and greet with Perrec Petry.
