On March 3rd students of the tourism school HLTW13, instructed by chef Günther Fuchs, will invite the guests of the vernissage "Perrec Petry - Drift Art, Bahamian Sculpture" to a culinary journey.
Bahamian finger food disperses the flair of holidays and wanderlust. 

Thanks to Günther Fuchs (www.artcooking.at), chef and teacher at the school, the hopetown team had the unique opportunity to prepare and taste these delicacies. 
Günther Fuchs has already cooked for celebrities such as German TV presenter Thomas Gottschalk, Princess Caroline of Monaco and the German actor Gunter Sachs.

 Steamed snapper with scallops and ginger
 Frutti di mare in lime pastry placed on warm fresh-fruit-salad with chilli
 Grouper-peas`n rice with curry risotto and multi-coloured lentils
 Bananabreadchicken with coconuts and peanuts-sauce
 Crepes with Caribbean seafood
